Since November 1987, Cliff K. Goldsmith Associates, Inc. (CKGA) has operated as a Licensed and Bonded Private Investigative Agency serving clients both domestic and internationally. CKGA provides confidential Investigative Services and Security Support for Law Firms, Private Attorneys, Businesses, Industrial Organizations, and Corporations.
CKGA maintains information sources and contacts throughout the United States and internationally. CKGA Operatives and Associates are highly skilled, Licensed Investigators and Security Professionals who can provide Intelligence Support Services to help clients obtain timely, objective, and useful information for Litigation, Court Matters, Investigative needs, Professional Security, and Loss-Prevention Matters regarding Proprietary Information and Executive Protection.
CKGA operates through two Sections. The Intelligence Support Group (ISG) conducts investigative activities involving Criminal Defense, Civil and Domestic Matters, and Corporate issues such as Fraud, Internal Theft, and Counter-Competitive Intelligence Adversaries.
Executive Security Activity (ESA) provides Professional Security Operations, including conference security and Executive Security for Corporate clients in business and industry. CKGA is also a Licensed Security Agency in New Jersey, with SORA Certification, and Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification.
ESA also provides Counter-Surveillance and Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM) services to detect and address covert electronic surveillance systems and devices, such as hidden microphones and video cameras. CKGA uses state-of-the-art equipment, and our technicians are trained in current counter-surveillance methods, devices, and techniques.
Intelligence Support Group
Our experienced Investigators support inquiries at every stage and level. We locate and identify potential witnesses, whether cooperative or hostile, and are skilled at obtaining interviews and statements from challenging witnesses.
We prepare detailed diagrams with photographs for many types of incidents, including motor vehicle, personal injury, industrial, marine, and underwater accidents.
CKGA Investigators have testified about their findings in Federal, State, County, and Municipal Courts.

For Conference Security, we provide Loss-Prevention measures that help Business, Industrial, and Corporate Clients protect Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets, Proprietary Information, and Confidential Materials from unauthorized disclosure.
CKGA Agents are trained in counter-surveillance, Technical Security Countermeasures (TSCM), and investigative practices designed to detect, deter, and reduce competitive-intelligence risks.
